  1. Shipping Options:
  • $5.99 Flat Shipping: This shipping option is available for all orders. Depending on your location and order, we will choose the carrier and method that we believe fits best. 1-5 Business Days.
  • USPS First-Class Package: This shipping option is for lighter package (13 ounces or less). Anywhere in the United States. 1-5 Business Days.
  • USPS Priority Mail: This shipping option is available in the United States only. 
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: This is the fastest shipping option available from the USPS, with a transit time of 1-2 Business Days. All information on your order; such as price, shipping, and tracking will be provided directly by the USPS. This service is guaranteed, by USPS.
  • UPS Ground: This shipping option is available in all 50 states. All information on your order; such as price, shipping, and tracking is provided by UPS. Tracking includes a live estimated date of arrival. 
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 Day Shipping, usually only business days as UPS (depending on area) does not ship deliver on weekends. This service is guaranteed, by UPS.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Days Shipping. This service is practically the same as "UPS Next Day Air", but 2 days. This service is guaranteed, by UPS.

 

  1. Same Day Shipping & Information:

Orders placed by 2 P.M. EST Monday through Friday will ship out on the same business day. After 2 P.M. it will ship out the following business day. 

We are closed and do not ship on holidays including, but not limited to Christmas, New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, or Thanksgiving.

Although, we usually have all items in stock, in the rare event the product you ordered is unavailable your order will not ship & you will be notified, either via email, text, or call. We would like to let you know however, that we try our very best to update our page so it reflects our current stock and not allow you to order products which are currently unavailable. 

  1. Free Shipping:

Please note that as of now, we no longer offer free shipping. We have made this decision in order to provide you with even better quality products and services. Rest assured, we still strive to offer competitive shipping rates and ensure your orders are delivered in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

  1. Late Orders:

Orders that choose a UPS service are the only orders which have a guarantee time in transit. The guarantee is limited only to a refund of the shipping charges associated with the order and is only redeemable upon confirmation that the delivery was late. UPS is the only shipping method with a guaranteed service.

  1. Lost Orders:

Although, being quite rare we will try our best to avoid lost orders to the extent that we can. Our responsibility and promise to our customer in regards to shipping is to get your order to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) Rarely, an order or package can be lost by the carrier, or delivered to the wrong address. Once the package reaches the courier, we cannot be held responsible for a lost shipment. In the event, this happens to you it is best you contact the carrier directly as we no longer have control of an order once it left our hands into the carrier.
